By submitting a form on this site, or by sending us your information by email or phone, you consent to us collecting and using it for the purposes described above. Before we run any additional checks during hiring (for example, a driver's abstract, criminal record check, reference checks or pre-employment drug and alcohol testing), we will ask for your separate written consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. If you withdraw consent for a job application, we will stop considering your application.
5. Who we share it with
We only share personal information when it is needed for the purposes above, and only as much as is needed:

6. Storage outside Canada
Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, the information is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities. We require these providers to protect your information to a standard comparable to ours.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires:
- Job applications from candidates we don't hire are kept for up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future openings, and are then securely deleted. Email copies our team receives follow the same schedule. Information about people we hire becomes part of their employee and driver qualification records.
- Quote requests and inquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our business and tax records.
- Website server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted.
8. How we protect your information
We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including restricting access to staff who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.
If a breach of security safeguards involving your personal information creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law.

- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
